What’s your favorite place on O‘ahu?

My favorite place on Oahu, by far, is Kailua Beach. I love it in the early morning, and always think “Lucky to Live Hawaii.” -Kim O.

I actually love the Pali Highway. The tree-lined drive gives me time to get my thoughts together on the way to work, and decompress on the way home. -D. Izumi

No Ka Oi O’ahu (tie)

The Royal Residence and Grounds of Queen Emma’s Summer Palace, Nu’uanu Pali

and

The full traverse of KoleKole Pass over the Wai’anae Mountain Range from Central O’ahu to Leeward O’ahu.

The ascent and descent vistas are stunning, especially as sunset approaches.

Hopefully a visionary, akamai kupuna will fully restore the drive with strategic infrastructure investment partnerships so that Leeward Coast Residents have an “H-3” quality commute route other than the Farrington Hwy bottleneck status quo 🤙🏽 Mahalo nui, malama pono.
